Most of these diet recipes are great for figure contest preparation, bodybuilding contest preparation, and general fat loss. Included within our cookbook are chicken, turkey, fish and red meat meals. We have also included low-to-no carb sauces that are great to have handy to spice up any meat dish without all the fat and sugars.
