Q: What exactly is the service you provide? Are you a personal trainer?
A: No, I am a nutritionist and diet coaching consultant who focuses on health, figure and bodybuilding competition, as well as general weight loss. While I often create custom workout plans for my clients to go along with my diet coaching service, I am not a personal trainer.
Q: I live outside the state of California. Can you still help me lose weight or get myself ready for competition?
A: You don't have to live near my headquarters to use my diet coaching services. In fact, most of my clients live in locations outside California. All that's required is that you have access to a phone once a week, and be able to take and email pictures of yourself to me. Over the years, I have developed a process that works very effectively for people all over the U.S. and abroad, so where you live is not a barrier to using my techniques.
Q: How do I get started?
A: It's very simple. All you need to do is fill out the online client profile and submit it to me today. Then, go to the Store, select the program that you wish, and pay for the program online. It is that easy. You can start on the path to getting the body of your dreams today!
Q: How long will it be before I receive my program and can begin?
A: Once you have completed the online profile and paid for your program, you will receive your program via email within two days. My assistant will then contact you to set up your weekly conference call times and you're off and running.
Q: How long before I start seeing results?
A: Most people begin to see changes in their body within two weeks. How fast you see results also depends on what your initial goals are and what state your body is in at the time you sign up.
Q: What makes you different from other online trainers or coaches?
A: The differences between myself and others is my methodology and background. I have more than 22 years of experience in bodybuilding, and more than 18 years of experience working with athletes, competitors and people who want to change their bodies. I combine this experience along with my education in biochemistry, nutrition, and exercise sports science to come up with a specific, formulated plan just for you. Then I modify your plan along the way so that your goals are achieved.
Q: Do any of the programs include personal training for competitors in a gym setting?
A: No, none of the programs include this kind of service. The programs that I offer via my website, TadtheDietCoach.com, are mainly dietary. However, each program does include a workout routine and a cardio schedule that is modified as you go along your body goal path, but there is no personal training "in the gym."
Q: Do any of the programs include a supplement regimen?
A: Yes, all of the programs include a customized list of supplements that I recommend for your personal goals, and a schedule of when to use each of them.
Q: What if I am not a competitor? Can you still help me lose weight or gain muscle?
A: Yes, actually a significant portion of the hundreds of clients that I work with each year are regular people who just want to look better and be healthier.
Q: How much weight can I expect to lose on your program?
A: Weight loss will vary from person to person, depending on what biological state your body is in, however it is not uncommon for many of my clients to lose 20-30 lbs within a three-month period.
Q: What kind of foods will I be eating on the program?
A: I customize and design your diet based on your goals and your food preferences (note: you will have to make certain sacrifices with food choices because some food just isn't conducive to fat loss and other body goals). However, you can generally expect to eat normal food like proteins and vegetables that you can buy in a grocery store.
